北部地区的民众，一早会感觉到天气和昨天以前大不同，温度降了一些，也飘了点雨。

这是因为受到锋面的影响，北部、东半部以及马祖地区会有短暂阵雨，山区甚至会有局部大雨的机会，要多注意！至於大家都很关心的轻台珍珠，目前以时速16公里的速度，持续朝西北西方向.穿越菲律宾，往南海前进，而且有机会增强为中度台风。

陈玉佳，1974年3月25日出生于台湾台中，是凤凰卫视《新闻FUN轻松》、《凤凰天气预报》等节目的主持人。现在，陈玉佳是分众传媒基金会的理事长，除了照顾家庭、儿女，还坚持公益事业。她是美丽中国支教项目理事会成员、立德未来助学公益基金会理事。她会亲自走访支教项目，以分众传媒的名义捐助小学。2018年，分众传媒荣获了釜山国际公益大奖，受邀上台领奖的陈玉佳，身上少了一般富豪太太的那种珠光宝气。
